A large amount of varied information had to become a clear buyer journey—from an initial introduction to a relevant property, purchase terms, and a consultation request.

Design & development approach
The structure follows buyer intent. Properties have a dedicated catalog, project pages use a consistent template, and purchase scenarios and primary calls to action appear at natural decision points.

Challenges & solutions
The main challenge was inconsistent source material across many developments and content arriving from the client in stages. I built a modular page system that keeps every property consistent while allowing details to be added over time. The planned build window was about one month; calendar delivery extended to roughly two months as client materials arrived gradually.
Final deliverable
A responsive production website with a complete catalog, individual project pages, and a clear path from company discovery to inquiry.
